Meatball Provençale

Ingredients

 3 zucchinis cut into pieces
 2 red and green pepper diced
 egg yolk
 4 cloves of whole garlic
 3 minced onions
 1 can of tomatoes crushed with basil
 1 can of tomato paste
 150 ml water
 Salt, pepper
 1 kg minced pork and beef meat
 1 tbsp mustard
 1 egg yolk
 Breadcrumb
 1 minced garlic
 Parsley

Directions

Put all the vegetables in the bowl

Put water

Salt, Pepper

Shape into medium balls

Put them on the vegetables in the bowl

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 30min

To remove the acidity from the tomato, add a piece of sugar in the sauce.
