Do you like seafood? How about fixing a cold dish of a mixed up of fish in a terrine? The result should be a refreshing dish full of flavor and color. A good dish to share with friends and a glass of chill wine.

Ingredients

 300 g fresh salmon (150g chopped and 150g diced)
 300 pollock or other fish (150g chopped and 150g diced)
 1 can of drained crab
 2 eggs
 1 carrot in small cubes
 200 ml liquid fresh cream
 2 tbsp tomato sauce
 Salt, pepper
 2 tbsp parsley chopped
 2 tbsp cornstarch

Directions

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients

Put the mixture in the pan

Squeeze down

Put the pan in the steam basket

Put 200ml of water in the instant pot

Switch to pressure cooking 35min

At the end of the cooking, take the pan out and let it sit for 15min

Put it in the fridge
