Light cake with pineapple

You can try that light cake where you put the cake ingredients base on top of some slice pineapple. Instead of sugar, you use some sweetener to reduce the calories.

Light cake with pineapple

Ingredients

 1 small can of sliced pineapple
 3 eggs
 3 tbsp sweetener
 3 tbsp cornstarch
 2 tbsp flour
 150 g butter
 150 ml water

Directions

Mix the egg yolks with the sweetener

Add the butter, flour, and cornstarch

Beat the egg whites until stiff

Mix the egg whites gently in the preparation

In a mold suitable for the instant pot place the pineapple in the bottom

Put the preparation over the pineapple

Put the water in the tank of the instant pot

Put the steam basket

Put the mold in the basket

Put the instant pot under pressure 12min
