Lentils and stuff turkey with goose liver

Do you have a celebration coming and you are wondering what to fix? Here is a really nice recipe with turkey breast stuffed with a thin slice of goose liver.

Ingredients

 3 turkey escalopes
 3 thin slices of goose liver to fry
 250 g green lentils
 250 ml water
 1 carrot in slices
 1 tbsp mustard
 1 tbsp cream
 1 tbsp sliced shallot
 Bay leaf
  Salt, pepper
 1 roll of microwaveable stretch film

Directions

In the bowl put, the shallot, carrot, salt, pepper, lentils, bay leaf and 250ml of water

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 15min

Prepare by putting the goose liver slices into the turkey incision

Add salt and pepper as needed

Wrap in the cooking film tightly and tie a knot at each end

At the end of cooking the lentils, place the stuffed turkey in the steam basket and place on the lentils

Put back in pressure cooking 6min

Mix the mustard and the fresh cream and add to the dish before serving
