Legs of lamb are pretty popular to prepare for Easter. In that recipe, you just cook it in some wine with a lot of herbs to give it some good flavor. The addition of mushrooms will make it even better.

Leg of lamb

Ingredients

 1 kg lamb
 1 onion, minced
  Olive oil
 1 clove of garlic, crushed
 150 ml white wine
 200 ml water with veal stock
 1 tbsp flour

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the onion in a drizzle of olive oil

Add the lamb and let it brown

Sprinkle with flour

Add the veal stock and white wine

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 30min

At the end of cooking, add the mushrooms and stir well

Put the instant pot back in quick cooking 10min
