Lambs curry and sweet potatoes

Here, we have a curried stew lamb with an Asian touch. The lamb is mix up with sweet potatoes and some strong spices. The sweet potatoes have become quite popular lately. They go very well with all kind of dishes.

Ingredients

 400 g lamb shoulder in cubes
 1 tbsp clarified butter
 1 minced onion
 2 cloves chopped garlic
 10 g grated fresh ginger
 3 tbsp Curry paste
 320 g tomato pulp
 80 g plain yogurt
 250 g sweet potato, in cubes
 40 g flaked almonds

Directions

Pour the butter into the bowl

In mode browning, brown the onion, garlic and ginger for 1 min

Brown the meat on all sides several times if necessary

Add the tomato pulp, curry paste, sweet potatoes, and yogurt

Salt, pepper, and mix

Start the cooking under pressure for 15 minutes
