Ingredients

 800 g lamb in pieces
 3 carrots in slices
 4 potatoes in pieces
 2 zucchini in pieces
 Turmeric
 Salt, pepper
 Cumin Raz el hanout
 Ginger
 1 small can of tomato paste in 300ml of water
 ½ small can of tomatoes
 1 onion chopped
 Coriander
 Chopped garlic

Directions

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the lamb with the spices, onion, and garlic

Add the water and concentrate mixture, tomatoes, and vegetables

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 15min

Serve with semolina
