Homemade beef meatball and tomato sauce

Ingredients

 600 g pork and beef minced
 1 small can of tomato paste
 2 bottles of tomato puree
 Oregano, paprika, Italian cheese, cumin
 2 slices of bread dipped in fresh milk
 2 pieces of sugar

Directions

In a bowl put the minced meat,

Add cheese, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt and, pepper.

Mix well

Take some minced meat and place it in the palm of your hand and roll to form balls.

Put the instant pot in mode browing

Brown the meatballs in olive oil

Add the 2 bottles of tomato paste and wait a little while until it heats up and then dilute it with some water

Put the sugar in cubes and mix well

Put the instant pot in quick cooking mode 20min

At the end of the cooking add the basil
