Ham and parsley terrine

Preparing a terrine always takes time. You can do it in advance and let it cool in the refrigerator. In that recipe, you have a ham terrine with parsley. It will make a good supper on a summer evening.

Ham and parsley terrine

Ingredients

 1 pork shank
 1 veal foot
 1 onion
 1 carrot cut into rings
 3 shallots
 1 clove
 10 peppercorns
 1 tbsp coarse salt
 3 cloves of chopped garlic
 1 bunch of chopped parsley
 1.50 l water

Directions

Put all ingredients except garlic and parsley in the instant pot

Add water

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 45min

At the end of cooking, take the bones from the meat

Put the meat back in the instant pot and put it in quick cooking 30 minutes more

Cut the meat and put it in a bowl, add the garlic and parsley

Put the mixture in a dish

Filter the juice and cover the meat

Put in the fridge at least 12h
