A fish stew might be a good alternative to meat. Why not trying the hake stew with a variety of vegetables? It should please everybody with a good smell reminding you of the sea.

Hake stew

Ingredients

 400 g hake
 4 medium potatoes in large pieces
 2 carrots in rings
 1 minced onion
 200 ml fish bouillon
 100 ml liquid cream
 100 ml white wine
 250 g mushrooms minced
 Salt, pepper
 1 tbsp cornstarch diluted in a little water
 Olive oil
 Flour

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the onion, carrots and, potatoes in a little oil

Add the mushrooms

Fry for 2 minutes

Remove from the bowl and reserve

Put the fish and flour in a freezer bag and shake gently to coat the hake well

Roast it 1min on each side

Add the vegetables

Add the white wine, fish bouillon

Salt and pepper

Switch the instant pot in pressure cooking 8min

At the end of the cooking add the diluted cornstarch and cream

Switch to mode browning

Stir until thickened
