How about trying some braised beef with a good Guinness beer to give it a unique taste? Beer always goes well in a sauce with meat. In that dish, you also have some vegetables and spices to improve it.

Ingredients

 1 kg braise beef cut into pieces
 250 ml Guinness
 5 carrots in slices
 200 g bacon
 1 small box of mushrooms
 Salt pepper
 2 cloves garlic
 2 onions minced
 250 ml beef broth

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the meat in the oil and butter

Remove the meat and put the onions and bacon in it

Brown

Add the carrots and minced garlic

Add the meat

Add the broth and beer

Salt and pepper

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 40min

At the end of cooking, add the mushrooms

Add cornstarch to thicken the sauce
