How about some poultry with wild mushrooms for a coming celebration? It consists of the fancy bird guinea fowl with cepe, the delicious wild mushrooms south by people.

Ingredients

 4 guinea fowl supremes
 200 ml white wine
 200 ml fresh cream
 300 kg ceps
 20 g butter
 2 shallots, minced
 2 tbsp of cornstarch in a little cold water
 100 ml of water
  Salt, pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the guinea fowl on the skin side in butter for 3 minutes

Sprinkle with cornstarch

Add the shallots, mushrooms and then brown for 2 more minutes

Add the white wine

Salt, pepper and wait 2 minutes

Add the water

Pass the instant pot in pressure cooking under 15min

At the end of cooking, add the fresh cream
