Gratin of white beans, tomato sauce and pork

This is a good recipe of white bean with meat in a tomato sauce to share with your friends. It will be a sturdy meal full of Southern flavor.

Gratin of white beans, tomato sauce and pork

Ingredients

 2 large garlic cloves, minced
 1 tbsp paprika
 4 slices of pork belly in pieces
 1 large can of white beans with tomato sauce
 150 ml tomato sauce
 1 tbsp thyme
  Olive oil
 5 crushed crackers (or breadcrumbs)
  Salt
 2 pieces of sugar

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the onions in the olive oil

Add the pork (you can take out the bones if you prefer) and the garlic

Leave to brown 3, 4 minutes

Add white beans, tomato sauce, paprika, thyme, salt, and sugar

Mix

Put the instant pot under pressure 4min

At the end of cooking, place in an ovenproof dish.

Put the crackers on top (or breadcrumbs)

Brown in the oven
