If you are intolerant to lactose, you can use some soy cream to replace the usual cow cream. It is the case in that recipe where you use the soy cream to make the sauce. It should taste just fine.

Ingredients

 350 g Gnocchi
 1 cup soy cream
 200 ml water
 150 g smoked bacon pieces
 1 bouillon cube
 2 large handfuls of frozen Brussels sprouts

Directions

Put all the ingredients in the tank (except the cream)

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 5min

At the end of cooking, empty the water if necessary

Put the soy cream

Switch the instant pot in mode browning a few seconds to warm up the cream
