Ingredients

 2 large eggs
 55 g sugar
 50 g icing sugar
 200 ml whole milk
 10 g cornstarch
  vanilla pod scraped
 Liquid caramel

Directions

Film the inside of the steam basket

In a bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff

Add the icing sugar and continue to whisk

Put the egg whites in the steam basket

Put the instant pot in mode browning

In the tank, put (as soon as the preheating begins) the milk, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla

Whisk until thickened

Add the egg yolks and mix with a spatula until the mixture covers the spoon

Put it in 4 cups and keep it cool

Rinse the bowl

Put water in the bowl, place the steam basket with the whites and put the instant pot under pressure 3min

At the end of the cooking, put the whites on the cream with a tablespoon and cover with caramel
