Flattened sausage in a Provençale sauce

This is a recipe of minced meat wrap up in a pork caul fat. They are very tasty. In that dish, they are mixed up with rice and a sauce. It should make a nice meal for two.

Ingredients

 4 flat sausages
 1 onion
 1 jar of Provençale sauce
 150 g rice

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the sausages with the sliced onions in 1 tbsp oil

Take out the sausages and reserve

Cook the rice according to the ingredients program > white rice 5min

Remove from the tank and reserve for serving

Put the sausages back in the instant pot and add the sauce from the jar

Put the instant pot in cooking under pressure mode for 8min
