Ingredients

 4 white wine flat sausage
 6 potatoes cut into 4
 200 ml cube bouillon broth
 1 chopped onion
 2 large handfuls of frozen carrots sliced into rings
 250 ml liquid cream
 250 ml white wine
 1 bouquet garnished

Directions

Cook potatoes according to the ingredients mode of the instant pot

Set aside potatoes and dry the vat

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the flat square sausages with the onions for 5 minutes

Add the broth, white wine, carrots and bouquet garnished

Switch to quick cooking 10min

At the end of cooking add the liquid cream and potatoes

Return to quick cooking 2min
