Fish fillet and almonds

Do you want to prepare something different? Let’s try the fish fillet in an Asian style. Here, you will cover the fish with a fine and tasty paste made of almonds, ginger, and spices.

Ingredients

 4 150g cod steaks
 80 g whole white almonds
 2 tbsp grated fresh ginger
 4 shallots
 1 tbsp bird pepper powder
 2 tbsp Nuoc-Mam sauce
 4 green onions
 2 tbsp brown sugar
 2 limes (1 for the juice and 1 in quarter for decoration)

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Put the almonds in the tank

Roast them

Remove, ground and mix them with all the ingredients including the bulb of the onions. Keep the green for decoration

Cover 1 side of the fillet with the paste

Wrap them with parchment paper

Place in the steam basket

Pour 25 cl of hot water into the vat

Start cooking under pressure for 7 minute
