Fillet mignon, potatoes and carrots

Ingredients

 220 g pork tenderloin, sliced
 600 g potatoes
 600 g carrots
 1 small onion, minced
 2 cloves garlic, pressed
 100 ml water
 100 ml white wine
 1 cube chicken bouillon
 Salt, pepper
 Parsley

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Cut the fillets mignons into slices and brown them with the onion and garlic

Add the liquids and the stock cube

Put the instant pot in pressurized mode 20min

During this time peel the carrots and cut them into slices

Peel the potatoes and cut them into quarters

At the end of the cooking open the instant pot, add the vegetables, salt, pepper and sprinkle with parsley

Put the instant pot in pressurized mode 10min
