Put the instant pot in mode browning
Brown the endives in a little olive oil and the juice of 1/2 lemon
Let brown 3min
Salt, pepper
Put the soft creamy cheese on
Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 4min
Cut the ham whites in strips
Dress your plates with the white ham first and then the endives.
There is no need to add water because the endives render plenty of it.
