Another way to fix stew meat is to use some beer and mustard. It is going to have a different taste but should be filling on a cold day. Enjoy it with your family

Elodie's cheek beef stew

Ingredients

 1 kg beef for stew in large cubes
 400 ml beer
 100 g bacon
 2 slices of crumbled gingerbread
 1 tbsp flour
 2 onions
 30 g butter
 2 tbsp oil
 1 tbsp brown sugar
 1 tbsp mustard
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Place the meat and flour in a bowl

Mix

Peel and chop the onions

In a small pan, bring the beer to boil and put it to blaze

In the instant pot, in mode browning fry the meat, onions, and bacon with butter and oil

Add the rest of the ingredients

Mix

Cook for 30 minutes in pressure mode
