1 white leek in slices
1 celery stalk in slices

1 cube chicken bouillon
Coarse salt, pepper, bay leaf, thyme
Directions
Put all the ingredients in the instant pot
Cook under pressure 15min
At the end of cooking, remove the carcass and collect the remaining meat on it to put it with the soup
