Curry prawns and peas

If you like fruit with seafood, you may want to try that recipe. Here, you mix up prawns with coconut milk and mango in pieces. The result should be absolutely delicious.

Ingredients

 20 raw prawns, peeled
 400 g peas, frozen
 1 tbsp curry powder
 2 stems of chopped onion or sweet onion
 150 ml coconut milk
 2 fresh ginger piece, in strips
 1 mango, peeled, in stick
 2 tbsp vegetable oil
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Pour the oil into the bowl

Sauté the spring onion, ginger, and curry

Stop the brown mode

Add all the other ingredients

Season with salt and pepper

Start the cooking under pressure for 2 minutes
