Cream of green beans

This is more like a vegetable soup than a green bean soup. It consists of zucchinis, leeks, and green beans. Green beans by themselves would not make a soup with a really good texture. Soft cheese is added at the end to enrich the flavor.

Cream of green beans

Ingredients

 400 g frozen zucchini
 500 g frozen green beans
 1 leek, chopped
 1 onion, cut into 4
 1 cube of chicken bouillon
 50 g Philadelphia plain or St môret

Directions

Setting the instant pot to browning mode

Fry the onion without fat

Add all ingredients (except Philadelphia)

Cover with water

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 10min

Drain the vegetables keeping the cooking water

Mix the vegetables and add the water gradually until the desired consistency is obtained

Add the Philadelphia

Mix again
