This a carrots soup in a spicy way. It has a lot of Asian spices and the carrots are cooked with coconut milk. It should be delicious and full of good flavors.

Cream of carrots with coconut milk

Ingredients

 600 g carrots
 1 clove of garlic
 200 g potatoes
 1 onion
 1 tbsp powdered ginger
 200 ml coconut milk
 1 cube vegetable bouillon
 ½ tsp powdered cumin
 ½ tsp ground turmeric
 Chopped parsley

Directions

Coarsely cut all vegetables

Put all ingredients in the bowl of the instant pot except the parsley

Add water up to the level of the vegetables

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking 10min

At the end of cooking, mix

Serve sprinkled with parsley
