Colombo pork with bananas

Ingredients

 800 g pork chunks
 1 large can of crushed tomatoes
 2 bananas cut into rings
 4 tbsp curry
 100 ml coconut milk
 100 ml liquid cream
 2 minced onions
 3 crushed garlic cloves
 1 tbsp butter
 1 tbsp cinnamon

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the meat in the butter for a few minutes

Reserve the meat

Put the onions and garlic in the pot

Put the meat and curry back

Brown for 2min

Add the drained tomatoes and half the banana rings

Add the instant pot in quick cooking mode 12min

Add the coconut milk and liquid cream

Add the rest of the banana (do not mix)

Sprinkle with cinnamon

Put in quick cooking 2 minutes

You can replace the pork with lamb. Serve with rice.
