Codfish and Oriental vegetables

Here, we have marinated codfish mix up with vegetables and quinoa. It should make a really good and healthy meal. Serve tit to your friends, they will enjoy it.

Ingredients

 600 g cod back
 150 g quinoa
 1 package of frozen vegetables for couscous
 1 minced onion
 1 beautiful clove of garlic crushed
 1 tbsp cumin, paprika, curry and coriander
 1 scoop of saffron
 1 tsp Dried mint
 1 lemon
 Garlic powder
 Olive oil
 Salt, pepper
 300 ml water

Directions

Mix all the spices together in a plate

Marinate the cod backs with sprinkle lemon, a drizzle of olive oil, a tbsp. spices and garlic powder

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the onion with the crushed garlic in a little oil

Then add the vegetables

Stir

Add the quinoa

Stir

Add the spices

Add water

Place the cod back in the steam basket on top of the vegetable preparation and quinoa

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 10min
