Cod Brandade (provençale)

Ingredients

 200 g cod back
 4 medium potatoes
 1 tbsp olive oil
 1 tbsp parsley
 2 cloves of garlic
 Salt, pepper
 100 ml milk
 60 ml water

Directions

Cut the potatoes into strips

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the potatoes 10min in olive oil

Add the parsley at the end of cooking

Add the milk and water seasoning

Add the fish on top without crumbling it

Put the instant pot in cooking under pressure mode 2min

Reduce to puree
