Cocottes of minced fish with vegetables

This is a long and complicated recipe to make if you have time. You mix some fish and vegetable putting the mixture in individual oven dishes and cover it with a layer of mash potatoes. The result should be good.

Ingredients

 600 g cod
 ½ eggplant cubes
 ½ red pepper cubes
 2 carrots in rings
 1 onion, minced
 1 large tomato, peeled and cut into pieces
 2 cloves of chopped garlic
 2 branches of flat parsley, chopped
 100 g matchstick bacon
 2 tbsp olive oil
 1 kg potato, peeled and cut into pieces
 ½ g plain yogurt
 200 g thick cream
 ½ briquette liquid fresh cream
 Salt, pepper
 1 tbsp special spices fish
 1 bay leaf
 A little bit of milk
 Breadcrumbs

Directions

In the steam basket put the potatoes with the fish on top

In the bowl put 200ml of water, the bay leaf

Put the instant pot in quick cooking mode 15min

Reserve

Wipe the instant pot

Put in mode browning

Brown the onions and bacon in a little oil

Add the chopped cut vegetables

Add the tomato, garlic, parsley, spices, salt, pepper, and a little water

Put the instant pot in quick cooking 1min

At the end of the cooking time, put the cream

Crush the fish with a fork and mix it with the vegetables

Make a smooth purée with the potatoes, 1/2 yogurt and milk

Salt, pepper

In 8 casseroles, put a layer of fish and vegetable preparation, 1 tbsp of liquid cream and a layer of puree

Brown the breadcrumbs by baking in the oven at 200°C

Pepper Sprinkle with breadcrumbs
