More often, custard is made into a dessert. Here, you simply mix up some coconut with the usual ingredients of custard. It will be a delicious dessert.

Coconut custard

Ingredients

 1 mold suitable for the instant pot
 1 box of 397gr sweetened condensed milk + the same volume in milk
 4 eggs
 100 g grated coconut
 80 g sugar
 400 ml water
 1 tbsp cornstarch

Directions

Make a caramel in a saucepan (without water)

n a bowl, mix the condensed milk, milk, eggs (one by one), cornstarch and coconut

Pour the caramel back into the bottom of the pan and pour the contents of the bowl over it

Put the water in the tank and place the bowl on the steam basket

Put the pan in pressure cooking mode 15min

At the end of cooking, open the lid and let cool 5min

Remove from the steam basket, let it cool before putting it in the fridge for 1h
