You can use the cockerel as a base and add whatever ingredients you have in your cupboard. In that recipe, you mix up the cockerel with some spices and bacon.

Cockerels mix up

Ingredients

 2 cockerels of 500g each
 1 large onion
 1 tbsp flour
 1 clove of crushed garlic
 1 small glass of white wine
 1 bouquet garnished
 1 stalk of celery
 1 glass of chicken broth
 50 g butter
 100 g plain bacon
 Salt and pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

In the butter brown the cockerels with the bacon

Add the onions

Sprinkle the flour

Stir until the flour is lightly brown

Add the garlic, the broth, white wine, bouquet and, celery

Put the instant pot in quick cooking mode 10min

If the cockerels do not seem fully cooked, add 5min in pressure cooking
