Ingredients
1 l water
4 whole pears, peeled
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp soluble coffee powder
1 vanilla pod split in half
1 chocolate bar
Directions
In the vat mix the water with cinnamon, coffee, and vanilla
Place the pears in the steam basket
Put the basket in the vat
Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking 4min
At the end of cooking, melt the chocolate with a little cooking juice
Serve the pears with the chocolate sauce on top
