 280 g Chinese noodles
 530 ml water
 300 g surimi, in small cubes
 3 tbsp sesame oil
 2 tbsp fresh ginger
 150 g carrots, in small cubes
 2 lime (juice)
 50 g peanuts
 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
 4 sprigs freshly chopped coriander

Directions

Put the water, carrots, soy sauce, and pasta in the bowl

Mix

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode for 3 minutes

Add the lemon juice, oil, peanuts, surimi

Add the coriander
