4 chicken breasts
200 ml veal stock
½ package of button mushrooms cut into pieces
Thyme
½ cup tomato puree
Parmesan
1 onion, minced
2 tbsp fresh cream
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Fry the onion and chicken in olive oil
Add the broth, puree, cream, thyme, mushrooms, salt, and pepper
Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 15min
Serve with rice
