Marinating meat is always a nice way to give a good taste to a dish. In the following recipe, the preparation has an Asian touch with all kinds of ingredients and tasty spices.

Chicken with Indian butter

Ingredients

 FOR THE MARINADE
 1 tbsp tomato paste
 1 crushed garlic clove
 1 tbsp ginger powder
  Salt
 2 tbsp garam masala
 ½ lime juice
  CHICKEN
 400 g tomatoes crushed with juice
 4 chicken breasts
 1 chopped onion
 1 chopped garlic clove
 1 tbsp of ginger powder
 50 g of cashew nuts
 50 g of butter
 1 tbsp of coriander powder
 1 tbsp of cumin grain
 1 tbsp of paprika
 2 tbsp of garam masala
 100 ml of fresh cream
 A little fresh coriander
  Salt
 A little oil

Directions

PREPARE THE MARINADE

Mix all the ingredients of the marinade

Put the chicken, taking care to coat it well

Cover the dish and put in the refrigerator at least 2 hours

PREPARE THE DISH AT THE END OF THE MARINADE

Put the instant pot in mode browning

In a little oil fry the garlic, onion, and ginger for 3 minutes

Add the spices, crushed tomato, and cashew nuts

Put the instant pot under pressure 8min

At the end of cooking put the sauce in a bowl and mix

Put the instant pot in mode browning without cleaning the bowl

Brown the chicken 3min

Put the sauce mixed with the chicken

Add the butter

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 5min

At the end of cooking, add the fresh cream

Sprinkle with coriander when ready to serve
