Chicken thighs, mustard, white wine and vegetables

Ingredients

 2 chicken legs
 1 handful of carrots in frozen slices
 1 small box of salsify
 100 ml white wine
 50 ml water
 1 cube of chicken broth
 3 tbsp mustard
 2 chopped shallots
 1 handful of frozen onions
 Fresh cream of your choice

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Put the chicken legs to brown on the skin side from the beginning preheating

Once golden, add the onion, carrots,

Add the white wine and water

Add the mustard

Add the salsify

Mix

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 14min

At the end of cooking, switch the instant pot to brown

Add the fresh cream and let it brown for 1 min
