Ingredients

 20 oz chicken tenderloin
 4 oz rice
 1 onion, minced
 8.50 oz canned tomato pulp
 3.50 fl oz coconut milk
 1 pt water
 2 tbsp curry
 2 tbsp oil
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in roasting mode

Brown in oil, chicken and on

Add tomato, coconut milk, curry and water

Salt, pepper

Switch the instant pot in pressure-cooking mode 8min

Cook the rice in a pan or in the instant pot at the same time as the chicken. In that case, 350ml of water is added to the rest of the liquids.
