You can make cobbler with about any fruit you want. Il will always come out delicious. In that recipe, you use cherries, eggs, and milk before cooking it. Ti is good cold or warm with some whip cream.

Ingredients

 200 g cherries
 300 ml milk
 2 eggs
 40 g flour
 60 g sugar

Directions

Whip eggs and sugar until white

Add flour, then milk gradually

Spread the cherries in the buttered ramekins

Pour the mixture over the cherries

Cover with food film (special cooking)

Pour 20 cl water into the tank

Put the ramekins in the tank

Start cooking under pressure for 19 minutes

Eat warm or cold with sprinkle powder sugar on top
