Butterfly pasta with vegetables and ground meat

This is a recipe with pasta, ground meat, and vegetables in a thick creamy sauce. A lot of bouillon and some wine to enhance the flavor of the dish.

Ingredients

 1 large chopped onion
  Olive oil
 800 g mixtures of red, yellow pepper and zucchini
 600 g chopped beef
 250 g butterfly pasta
 500 ml fluid fresh cream
 300 white wine
 300 water
 2 vegetable broth
 1 cup chicken broth
 Pepper
 Cornstarch

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the onion in a little oil

Add the vegetables and bouillons

Add the pepper

Add the meat, pasta, wine and water

Put the instant pot in pressure mode 5min

At the end of cooking, add the fresh cream

Put the instant pot in simmer mode for 5min

Add the cornstarch and let it simmer for the sauce to thicken
