Butterfly pasta and artichokes

This is another recipe with pasta as a base ingredient. You mix them up with cheese, ham, good spices and artichokes to make a really tasty and delicious dish.

Ingredients

 250 g butterfly pasta
 4 slices of raw ham
 100 g gorgonzola
 1 bricks of liquid cream
 1 can of artichoke bottoms
 1 can of artichoke hearts
  Parsley
 Garlic
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Cook the pasta in the instant pot

Set aside

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the artichokes with the garlic until they are browned

Add the ham in small pieces, cream, parsley, salt and pepper

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 4min

Cut the Gorgonzola in small cubes and add to the preparation
