This is going to be a really good recipe. The preparation consists of a tasty bouillon in which meatball will be cooked. A lot of spices, vegetables, and herbs will make it delicious.

Buckwheat and meatball soup

Ingredients

 FOR THE MEAT
 300 g chicken
 2 eggs
 2 tbsp flour
 2 tbsp ginger
 40 g parsley
 40 g basil
 1 tbsp soy sauce
 FOR THE BROTH
 2 shallots
 2 carrots in rings
 300 g mushrooms
 60 g buckwheat
 ½ tbsp olive oil or sesame
 20 g grated ginger
 2 tbsp soy sauce
 1.50 l water

Directions

Put all the ingredients of the broth in the bowl

Put the instant pot under pressure for 3 minutes

During cooking mix the chicken, eggs, flour, ginger, parsley, basil, and soy

Form 9 balls

At the end of cooking, add the balls

Cook in pressure cooking 6min
