If seafood is one of your favorites, you should definitely try that recipe combining eggs with fish. Some vegetables and spices will also be added to the dish making it absolutly divine.

Ingredients

 200 g smoked salmon centrer, diced
 100 g cooked prawns
 1 handful cooked carrots
 1 handful cooked peas
 5 tbsp thick fresh cream
 5 eggs
 2 tbsp soft creamy cheese with shallots and chives
 1 drizzle lemon juice
  Salt, pepper
 Shallot, minced
 Parsley
 Chili pepper

Directions

Line the mold with cooking paper

Put the shrimps cut in 3 and the salmon in 3 in the pan

Sprinkle the lemon juice and stir

In a bowl, beat the eggs and add the cream and soft creamy cheese

Mix well

Add all the other ingredients

Add the mixture to the pan

Pour 300ml of water into the pan of the instant pot

Put the steam basket and put the mold in

Switch the instant pot to quick cooking 30min

At the end of the cooking, let rest 15 minutes in the open lid
