Braised beef in a light way

A lot of herbs are going to give that light dish a really good aroma and great taste. A few vegetables will join the meat to make that recipe a complete meal. Fix a little rice to go with it.

Ingredients

 1 kg defatted braising beef
 6 beautiful carrots in rings
 2 minced onions
 6 cloves of whole garlic
 Thyme in branch
 2 bay leaves
 A little rosemary
 1 tbsp olive oil
 1 tbsp flour
 400 ml defatted broth with herbs

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Sauté the meat, garlic and, onion for 2 minutes

Add the carrots and herbs

Add salt and pepper

Add the flour

Put the broth

Cook under pressure for 25 minutes
