You can take some braised beef and create a light dish for people on a diet. You may try the beef with some carrots and a light sauce to go on top. It is still going to taste delicious and you won’t have to worry about the calories.

Ingredients

 480 g beef chucks in large cube
 800 g carrots in rings
 1 onion, minced
 600 ml beef broth
 1 clove garlic, crushed
 1 large tomato in cubes
 1 cube beef broth
 2 tbsp olive oil
 Salt and pepper, thyme

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown onion and beef pieces in oil for 3 minutes

Add tomato and garlic

Sprinkle with thyme

Pour in broth

Switch the instant pot to quick cooking 15min

Add carrots and stir

Adjust seasoning

Put the instant pot back in pressure cooking 12min
