If you like beef tails, you may want to try that recipe. It just takes a little bit of time to cook it. Anyway, they make a wonderful tasty bouillon. Potatoes are added in that preparation.

Ingredients

 2 beef tails
 2 minced onions
 crushed garlic cloves
 1 l beef broth
  Salt, pepper
 Provence herbs
 1.50 kg of potatoes
 Mushrooms

Directions

Put the tails in the instant pot

Add water

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 30min

At the end of cooking, empty the tank and clean it

Switch the instant pot to mode browning

Brown the meat in a little oil

Add the onions and garlic

Sprinkle with flour

Salt, pepper

Add the Provence herbs

Cover with the broth and add the mushrooms and potatoes

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 20min
