This is a pretty substantial dish composed of beef and vegetables. The spice and in particular mint will confer a special taste to that dish that will surprise your friends. A lot of herbs always enhance a dish in a positive way

Ingredients

 800 g chopped steak
 500 g small potatoes cut in half
 400 g rice
 1 small package of peas
 1 minced onion
 1 clove of garlic crushed
 3 clove
 1 bunch of mint
 1 bunch of coriander
 3 tbsp turmeric
 3 tbsp cumin
 3 tbsp oil
 3 tbsp vinegar
 700 ml water

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the chopped steak in the oil

Add the onion, garlic, and cloves

Add the potatoes and turmeric

Add the mint and very finely chopped coriander and cumin

Add the rice

Add the water

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 10min

At the end of the cooking time, add the peas and vinegar
