Beef meatball, carrots and tomato sauce

 300 g meat
 1 can of tomato crush
 2 carrots
 1 onion
 1 clove of garlic
 1 egg yolk
 Breadcrumbs
 Salt, pepper, thyme, nutmeg

Directions

Cut half of the carrots into rings or sticks and the rest into small pieces

Slice the onion and garlic

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the carrots cut into small pieces, the onion, garlic

Remove and set aside in a bowl

Sauté the carrots rings in the bowl

Remove them from the bowl and set them aside.

Mix the egg, bread crumbs and meat with the contents of the bowl, salt, pepper and, nutmeg

Make balls 4cm in diameter

Make the balls brown on both sides in the bowl

Add the carrots set aside, the tomato crush and thyme

Check the seasoning

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 15min
