Bean can replace protein advantageously. In that recipe, the beans are mixed up with tomatoes, duck, sausage, and bacon. The whole dish is going to be rich and very tasty for a good dinner.

Ingredients

 300 g ingot beans (soaked 12h in cold water)
 1 large can of peeled tomatoes in juice
 70 g tomato paste
 230 g onion concentrate
 3 cloves of garlic
 2 thighs of duck
 4 sausages from Toulouse
 1 slice of bacon
 1 tbsp duck fat
 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Drain the beans ingots

Peel and slice the onions

Cut the garlic into small pieces

Put the duck fat in the instant pot bowl

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the duck and set aside

Brown the sausages and set them aside

Brown the onions

Stop the mode browning

Put the duck legs and sausage back in the bowl,

Add bacon and beans

Put the peeled tomatoes, their juices, tomato paste, garlic

salt, pepper

Add breadcrumbs

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 35min
