Baby compote with apple and red fruits

Apple always makes a good base for the puree. It has a lot of pectin that will give the compote the right texture. Then, you just add whatever fruits you have in your cupboard or in the garden.

Ingredients

 1 apple peeled, seeded and cut into 8
 8 strawberries hulled into 2
 ½ trays of raspberries
 6 pitted cherries
 8 tbsp water

Directions

Put all the ingredients in the instant pot

Cook under pressure 10min

Mix and pass the puree through a strainer to remove the raspberries seeds
