Apricot jam with vanilla

There are many ways to fix jam and what to put in it. In that recipe, you use some nice ripe apricot with a little vanilla to give it a special taste.

Apricot jam with vanilla

Ingredients

 550 g fresh apricots, pitted and cut into 4
 250 g crystal sugar
 ½ vanilla pod
 4 tbsp water
 ½ tbsp Agar-agar (optional)

Directions

Do not light the instant pot

Put the apricots at the bottom of the vat

Cover with sugar

Scrape the inside of the pod to add to the fruit

Put the water

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Let in brown during the preheating time

At the first sign of boiling, put the vanilla pod (and the optional agar-agar)

At the end of the preheating, switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 10min

At the end of cooking, take the tank out of the instant pot cool

Put the jam in jars

Close the lid. Turn the jars over for the cooling time
